<p style="text-align: justify;">Three communities, with different but coordinated roles, will concur, as full partners, to the implementation of the EU-MERCI initiative: the “Enablers”, the “Followers” and the “Stakeholders”.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><img class="wp-image-236 alignleft" src="http://www.eumerci.eu/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/enablers.jpg" alt="enablers" width="163" height="105" /><strong>“Enablers”,</strong> i.e. partners that, being involved in energy efficiency policy management, have access, in the respective countries, to historical information and data on energy efficiency implementation in industry.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Partners will cooperate with <a href="http://www.eumerci.eu/advisors/">advisors</a> and relevant industrial stakeholders (industrial associations, enterprises, utilities and ESCOs, etc.) to improve energy efficiency in the industrial sector as a mean to increase competitiveness.</p>
